Fintura grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Fintura Intelligence OS solely for internal business purposes relating to ESG and CSRD reporting, subject to the full payment of fees.
While Fintura utilizes advanced neural engines to verify data integrity, the Client remains ultimately responsible for the accuracy of data submitted to regulatory bodies. Fintura provides a "Chain of Custody" tool but does not act as a sworn auditor.
You agree not to misuse the platform to upload malicious payloads, attempt to reverse engineer the neural extraction algorithms, or overload the API endpoints. Violation of these terms will result in immediate suspension of the API key.
Fintura treats all uploaded logistics data (pricing, routes, supplier identity) as strictly confidential. We do not aggregate data for public benchmarking without explicit, anonymized consent.
