1. Scope of Data Processing

Fintura Intelligence OS processes logistics and environmental data to facilitate CSRD compliance. We distinguish between two types of data subjects:

• Corporate Users: Employees and representatives of our Clients.
• Field Contributors: Drivers and subcontractors providing evidence via our zero-barrier interface.

2. Data Categories Captured

We process the following information for forensic reporting purposes:

• Evidence Documents: Fuel invoices, energy bills, and delivery notes.
• Metadata: Precise geolocation (GPS), device timestamps, and IP addresses at the moment of intake to ensure forensic integrity.
• Neural Signatures: Non-personal pixel-data used by our engine to detect document tampering.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Processing is based on Contractual Necessity (providing the reporting service) and Legal Obligation (helping Clients meet EU CSRD and ESRS mandates).

4. Data Retention & Erasure

Logistics evidence is retained for 7 years to remain accessible for historical audit trails, unless a longer period is required by local tax authorities or shorter by specific Client request.
